When did I first look for the gold under the rainbow?
I was around 3-4 years old when I was sure I could arrive at the beginning of the rainbow and convince the Leprechaun to give me all his gold.

The aim of the program:
- Prepare for the role of Treasure
- The role and responsibilities of the Treasurer
- Manage the club bank account, including budgeting and cash flow.
- Compile an annual financial report.
5. Developing Club and Team Culture
The aim of the course:
- What culture is and the different models that explain this.
- How culture can look in a club setting.
- The ways to think about how culture can change in your club.
- The steps to take to implement culture change.
6. Positive Engagement with Parents
It covers, what parental engagement is, issues and challenges that parents may face, how to create an environment where parental engagement can thrive and roles that a club and coaches can play to help parents.
Completing this program, it gives 5 CPD points.
What are CPD points? CPD points are a measure of your educational activities and can be used to maintain professional registration. They can also be used as evidence of your commitment to continued professional development.
7. Safeguarding Children in Football
Module 1:
- Understanding the potential importance of your role in the lives of children and young people and what you can do to safeguard them.
- Be able to identify best practice procedures and behavior to safeguard children and young people in football.
- Recognise and respond if abuse /poor practice is suspected.
Module 2:
- How to create a positive experience in football.
- About guidance and advice concerning photography, transport, physical contact in football, safe recruitment, health and safety, communication, and social media.
Module 3:
- Understand what abuse is
- Know the different types of abuse
- Recognise the signs of abuse, know how to respond, and know about the report abuse procedures.
- Have an increased awareness about mental health issues.
8. Supporting Club Members
This course:
- Plan the club's recruitment process.
- Find development and learning opportunities for yourself and other club members.
- Retain and recognize club member's
hard work.
- Support your colleague's well-being and prevent burnout.
